I had a great visit to this office in October. From the scheduling to the office check in, the team was friendly, communicative and attentive.

I had a routine cleaning and review of my teeth and couldn’t have been happier. The hygienist and Dr Cerisa were thorough and helped explain things thoroughly.

The office was calm, clean, and relaxing. They have COVID measures in place and I felt perfectly safe the entire time.

The Palisades Dentists are absolutely terrific. The office is beautiful, and the administrative staff is very professional, responsible and reliable. The best I have ever worked with.

Rebecca is a wonderful and talented dental hygienist, so if you need your teeth cleaned and polished, I highly recommend her. Dr. Moncayo is also an absolute pro and I think the world of her.

With the COVID situation the way it is, they take tremendous precautions to make sure their patients feel safe and are well taken care of. The Palisades Dentists is an excellent group and my entire family is very pleased with their level of service and care.

Dr Moncayo and her staff are amazing! The receptionist, Marily, was kind and patient when I called frantically lost and running late. The dental assistant and Dr Moncayo were warm, sweet, and took their time talking to me. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I came for an exam and second opinion after I was told that I needed a suspicious amount of work by a different dentist. Turns out: I didn’t need all that! I’m SO glad I came and I will continue to come to see Dr Moncayo only!

I strongly recommend this office for HONEST dental care in a relaxing atmosphere.

The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family. Would highly recommend to anyone. DR. Cerisa Moncayo is by far the best takes great care of you and your smile. Along with her assistants Rebecca the Dental Hygienist is very Kind and knowledgeable. Always willing to work with my busy schedule And far drive. I’ve had several appointments here, including a crown and root canal placed. I received great customer care from the front desk (Jessica,ofm) which answered my many questions and was very good at her job, to the dental assistants and finally the dentist (Dr.Cerisa).

Very friendly, professional, and clean environment. They even had a tv with Netflix to help with the nerves and to keep you occupied during services.

This review is long overdue! I must state The Palisades Dentist is by far the best dentist in the entire city! First of all, the place is spotless. ALL of the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Also, there are Ipads set up overhead in the chairs so, patients can watch their favorite shows while being drilled 🙂 They even have a small fridge full of high-quality beverages in the waiting area. While all of the above is outstanding, there is nothing more outstanding at The Palisades Dentists than Dr. Cerisa Moncayo. As a fellow military veteran, I am thankful to have found Dr. Moncayo. I had an emergency broken tooth that required a crown and I did not have dental insurance. Dr. Moncayo made miracles happen from the first day I met her! She did an excellent job at making my broken tooth whole again with a brand new crown! She even went a step further and recommended me for more detailed work with another dentist. Did I mention Dr. Moncayo is also a Navy veteran?! Keep up the good work and thank you for all that you do!

Every time I come here I’m reminded of what a stellar dental practice Dr. Cerisa Moncayo has here. She is so kind and compassionate. And it’s not just her. Her entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about every single patient that walks through their door. Going to the dentist isn’t normally anyone’s favorite thing to do in the world but everyone here actually makes it such a pleasant experience. They are the gold standard

What a pleasant experience considering that this was a dental appointment. I went in because a crown had popped out. Within one hour from the time I called I was in the chair having my tooth analyzed. In a few minutes Dr. Moncayo determined the cause and gave me options to solve the problem. Within one hour impressions and X-rays were taken and a temporary crown was prepared and put in place. It was simple, quick and as pain-free as possible.

From the staff to the Dentist, everyone was helpful, cordial and inspired confidence in me that I had made the right choice.

I would strongly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.
